A stay at Trewan is something to treasure. For over 50 years the Hill family has been proud to welcome campers to our award winning site. The campsite is spread over 36 acres of woodlands and centres around the stunning 17th century manor. With a heated 25m swimming pool and extensive facilities Trewan Hall has been a family favourite for generations of campers.

Any guests that are visiting us between the 12th May and 17th May must have thier own contained facilites. Our shower blocks, toilets and communal areas will be closed during this time due to the government guidelines.

We want your camping or caravanning holiday to be as easy and enjoyable as possible. Unwind by the pool, enjoy ice creams and pasties from the shop or arrange a family rounders game in front of the hall. We have all you could need for a special holiday in Cornwall.

Tents and caravans are pitched over our two large camping fields. Choose a secluded corner or a position closer to the site’s main facilities
The campsite is Dog Friendly and we have a large dedicated woodland where they can be let off the lead.
We also have two beautifully renovated holiday cottages on-site, The Stables and The Coach House which offer a little luxury to a stay at Trewan. Our Cottages are available year round through the Classic Cottages Website. Click here to see more about the Stables and here for the Coach House.

Throughout high season we have a busy schedule of fantastic entertainment. From animal shows to local bands in the Long Barn and summer fetes with the nationally recognised St Dennis Brass Band on the front field. You're never short of things to do and see when staying at Trewan.
The Local Area
Trewan is positioned just outside St Columb Major, a historic market town with pubs, coffee shops and other amenities within a short walk.
With Newquay 15 minutes in one direction and Padstow 15 in the other, Trewan is ideally located to explore the North Cornwall coastline with numerous incredible beaches to discover.
If you choose to head inland we are 25 minutes from the Eden Project and 30 minutes from the Cornish capital of Truro.
Newquay Airport is only 10 minutes away offering domestic and international flights.
There are countless things to do in our local area from walks and cycles to surfing and sailing, just ask our friendly team if you need any recommendations.
For 25 years Trewan Hall has been THE place to spend our summer holiday. The surroundings, atmosphere, entertainment in the barn and not forgetting the swimming pool all make it the perfect place for a relaxed holiday.
Trewan Hall is so good that my family has been returning for 5 decades and 3 generations!!! In all that time it's the simple family values that keep this place magic.
